I am the owner of the copyrighted **Reptile Super Show logo and artwork**, which has been protected since 2010. The logo, brand name, and associated artwork are original works fixed in a tangible medium and protected under U.S. copyright law. For logo reference: https://reptilesupershow.com/
Additionally, video footage taken at the Reptile Super Show event is proprietary event content. Filming and commercial use of footage from our event requires prior authorization.

The above-referenced YouTube video contains unauthorized use of our copyrighted materials at the following timestamps:

The video also includes unauthorized footage filmed at one of our Reptile Super Show events. This footage includes our branding, vendors, sponsors, and attendees. No permission was granted to record or use this footage for publication.

The blurred portion of the video references “New Moon Reptiles/Two Amigos”. However, non-blurred footage from our event is interspersed throughout the video without authorization. The use of our logo, name, and footage of our event creates confusion and falsely associates us with the subject matter of the video which is New Moon Reptiles/Two Amigos.
3. Lack of Authorization:
We did not authorize, license, or otherwise grant permission for:
* Use of the Reptile Super Show logo
* Use of our copyrighted artwork
* Use of our event name in this context
* Recording or publishing video footage from our event
4. Legal Basis
This unauthorized use constitutes copyright infringement under Title 17 of the United States Code.
Pursuant to **17 U.S.C. § 504(b)**, a copyright owner is entitled to recover actual damages suffered as a result of infringement and any profits of the infringer attributable to the infringement.
5. Good Faith Statement
I have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material described above is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. The information contained in this notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I state that I am the owner (or authorized to act on behalf of the owner) of the exclusive rights that are allegedly infringed.
6. Requested Action
We request:
* Immediate removal of the video in its entirety; or
* Immediate removal of all infringing portions containing our copyrighted logo, artwork, and event footage.
If the creator wishes to produce content regarding “New Moon Reptiles/Two Amigos,” they may do so without using any footage, branding, logo, or name associated with Reptile Super Show.
